They mention 1 micrometre thickness, and they're hoping to get 10%
efficiency, so assuming a density of 1.0 and 100W/m2 => 100KW / Kg,
(ess power management equipment.)
A gas turbine uses a much lower energy source than the sun provides.
But I guess the theroetical minimum thickness would be on the order of
a wavelength.
