Even if that were realistic it's a red herring that has nothing to do
with Dubya's incompetence.
Also the last thing I'd advise anyone to do if an economic power the
size of Europe were about to "implode" is to "sit back." At the very
least I'd advise them to take cover. If America imploded, for in-
stance (which is just as unrealistic a prediction as the above rant),
the shrapnel would most likely be nuclear...
