It is really hard to understand. Bush has made enough mistakes that just
sticking to the truth should be enough for them to come out ahead. Instead
the Bush-haters start making up stuff and when caught at it their position
just gets weaker and weaker.

Basicly, the Bush-haters are not winning because people have good reason to
not trust them because of the known lies they keep pushing.
