Yes. There was no capabiltiy to develop WMDs or stockpiles of weapons*
useful in warfare or terrorism. The weapons found are actually less than the
known weapons that were under U.N. bond for disposal when the U.S. invaded.

There was no evidence presented that Saddam intended to supply terrorists
with the weapons he didn't have. Duefler added this aside as a way to weaken
the political blow by suggesting a future crime that was purely speculation
on his part. . If you could only deal with the facts, you would make more
sense.
