What Lloyd conveniently ignores is that FAC 1S-2.013(7) is the controlling
code in the matter.
Further,he has NOT explained why the Florida Attorney General opinion is
incorrect. His response is get an English teacher to explain the law to you.
"This office believes that Florida and federal law support the counting of
overseas military ballots from qualified electors registered to vote in the
county if one of the following two conditions is met:"
"The ballot is postmarked no later than the date of the election, or the
ballot is signed and dated no later than the date of the election.(2)"
