Sorry, I meant, "Because it's not 'equal.'"

Actually, though, Pegasus was notable for being cheap on a per-flight
basis, compared to its contemporary competition. Its price sucks on a
per-pound basis, though, and its marginal cost is pretty high, so
flight rate doesn't help that much.
