If you're referring to ISS resupply, price delivered to ISS will
always be (probaby much) higher than price delivered to LEO. My
understanding is that SpaceX isn't interested in the last mile, which
means a market opportunity for a tug operator. But that's a separate
issue from simple pounds to LEO.
