Or when you finish a long, complex, and difficult test - and perform
the final step, a self test of one of the pieces of equipment, which
promptly fails.
That one had a happy conclusion though; some quick troubleshooting
showed that one the relays that swapped in the test loads had stuck in
the operate position rather than changing to the test position.
