We have more than enough data. Currently it is being read with an eye
towards maintaining jobs, not CATS. More white elephants will only
serve to perpetuate and entrench that objective.
The development and commercialisation of new industries is something a
number are highly experienced at. For such experts the paths are
relatively obvious to follow and it is just a matter of incrementally
placing one foot in front of the other. Unfortunately the usual suspects
are following the job highways, not the CATS goat tracks.
