Ah, more troubles for Delta IV. With delays on both coasts (though
whether the SLC 6 hold is due to payload or launcher is not known), the
Boeing people must be pretty frustrated.

With two launchers on the pad, at least one should go before the next
Atlas V goes with New Horizons.
