commercial uses of the Dtick and the Heavy Lifter

I know this will be a NASA vehicle, but if the companies involved were to
offer it commercially, what would be the cost?, what would be the benefits?
and what payload could it be used for? and were would it be launched from?

Is there a use for super massive satellite?, how about launching it on the
new heavy lifter?..

I would guess it its launched by NASA the cost could be lower.
