Re: Stick/CEV Propulsion News

As someone trained in geology, I can tell you no self-respecting "rock
basher" would call it quits after a week! For starters you need to
plan your field trip, then you need to execute your filed trip -
changing your plan as you make new discoveries along the way! - then
you need to take your specimens back to the lab for an in depth
analysis (a moon base would be good!), then you need to think over the
implications of what has been found and that feeds right back into the
next field trip planning. In short, set a keen and bright Geologist
loose on the Moon and you will have a hard time dragging him back to
Earth! Seriously, given that the Moon has the surface area of North &
South America combined, the "rock doctors" have enough material to keep
them gainfully occupied for centuries! I am sure followers of other
scientific disciplines are just as likely to find ample rewards on Moon.
