Apparently it is; as I write this the launch is holding because
of unacceptable cloud conditions. Whether this is for visibility
reasons or concern over static discharge from those clouds
triggered by the rocket's ionized exhaust is not clear.

There's no live coverage; I'm following postings on
spaceflightnow.com which is depending on company announcements.
