The question that never gets asked is whether a souped-up revival of
Apollo is really the right way to go back to the Moon. In fact, although
he claims to be refuting the characterization of ESAS as "Apollo on
steroids", he never actually gets around to doing that -- all he does is
establish that those are pretty strong steroids.
