I suppose we can trust that Israel will have a sufficient and capable
"Arrow" defence system in place before it does the world's job for us all,
and defangs the Islamo-fascist regime in Iran?
Given the public statements of Mr Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the National
Socialist background of Islamism as preached by the Ayatollahs, and the
ongoing "uncertainty" as to his nuclear intentions, no Israeli leader could
consider allowing any situation to develop which could lead to defeat in
battle, since the guaranteed outcome of this would be another "Final
Solution" ( What is the Farsi term for that, anyone?). Could it be
"Ahmadinejad?"
This being so, Israel has three choices-
1/To try and take out Iran's nuclear installations/missiles before they face
a first strike by Iran
2/ To try to achieve a similar result by targeted "accidents"; key nuclear
scientists/engineers, like drunks, can be "persuaded" to fall under moving
lorries , business meetings can be interrupted by falling masonry and so
on.
3 /Provoke an Iranian attack while their nukes are in low single figures at
a time and in a scenario of Israeli choosing, with a quiver full of Arrows
at the ready.
Failing all this, an Israeli second strike capability ( 3 armed subs and
counting,+ the rest - several hundred- of the nuclear triad) will ensure the
ruination of the entire region, and much else besides; even Allah won't want
to live there any more.
If anyone supposes that Israeli withdrawal and/or nuclear disarmament
behind the pre-1967 Borders would pacify the Mullahs of Iran, think again.
In 1939-45 , there was no Israel at all - but this did not prevent a Final
Solution being tried...the prospect of failure is no deterrent to religious
or ideological obsession
The result for the unfortunate Palestinians is likely to be less than rosy,
proving once again that while the Israelis may have been lucky in their
enemies, the Palestinians have been accursed in their friends.
The chief, if not sole, major interest for the 5.8 billions or so who do
NOT live in the Middle East can be simply stated;
"To ensure that Israel is never provoked into using her nukes and that the
Islamofascists never have the opprotunity to acquire any"
