For two weeks? That is a hell of a battery. And then you face the problem
that if you insulate good enough that the battery will last that long how do
you get rid of the heat when you operate during daylight?

Not claiming it is impossible, just that this is a very very hard problem.
Try it at home. Make a prototype circuit (any simple circuit), insulate and
place it in your deep freeze for two weeks. If the internal temperature
falls below 0C you have failed, if you do succeed now continue running the
circuit for the next two weeks still in the insulation outside the freezer,
if the internal temperture goes over 30C aain you have failed.

PS. Try to do this with a battery smaller than a car's battery while you are
at this.
