Yet your research doesn't seem to have included a risk-comparison
of other power-generating methods... ;-)

I don't think it's *impossible*, either... just not practical with
current technology. The day a D-T reactor, or an He3 reactor, produce
more megawatts than they consume... is the day I'll celebrate the
breakthrough.
