?? ROTFL!!! The "scientist" who wrote that article...
"Eugene N. Parker is the world?s leading expert on interplanetary gas
and magnetic fields. He is best known for hypothesizing and explaining
the solar wind in 1958... Parker also developed the modern theory of
the solar magnetic field, including magnetic reconnection. An emeritus
physics professor at the University of Chicago and a member of the
National Academy of Sciences, Parker has received numerous prizes,
including the U.S. National Medal of Science, the Henry Norris Russell
Lectureship of the American Astronomical Society and the Kyoto Prize
in Basic Sciences."
There are open questions about how well natural DNA repair could keep
up with estimated doses, about whether that repair could be enhanced
-- and of course about propulsion that might reduce months to weeks...
but none of them are answered by putting his profession in quotation
marks, or by pointless analogies to the Inuit.
You might try reading the article (or would that spoil things for
you?)
