We could build millions of those bags all over the Sahara desert,
absorbing our CO2 waste and transforming it into food. The enormous
production of food could produce enough to feed all Africa. We would
actually convert CO2 into food, then eat it.
This two solutions combined would surely cool the planet and return it
to its original state, giving us as a byproduct a system to finely tune
the world's temperature for our own benefit.
To reduce atmospheric CO2 by a really useful amount, say 50 ppm,
requires the production and storage of about 25 tonnes of organic
material /per capita/.
