Damn.
It looked like a loss of roll control on the video. Hopefully it got
far enough away from the launch pad. But given that elon mentioned that
the trajectory is pretty much straight up during the first part of the
flight, there might even be some damage to the launch facilities.
One of the final frames from the rocketcam appears to show it
over the water, possibly heading off-course before it was terminated.
Hopefully that means the debris mostly fell into the lagoon rather
than onto the island.
I don't think anyone was on the island, given how small it is.
Now to wait for the post-mortem.
