Aerospace spending

It's a truism that aerospace spending is concentrated in the Sunbelt;
still interesting to know just *how* concentrated. From RAND's 2005
"Tracking Federal Procurement and R&D Spending in the Aerospace
Sector," covering the decade 1993-2003:
NASA:
California 36%
Texas 28%
Florida 7%
Maryland 6%
Utah 5%
All others 18%
Even more concentrated than its big brother...
DoD aerospace:
California 22%
Texas 14%
Missouri 10%
Florida 7%
Georgia 7%
All others 40%
