Yep those Republicans are going to save us from having the above happen.
Wait a minute, they're in power almost exclusively now, where is the
opposite of the above? Seems all we have now is an unmanned space
program...

President Bush said, let's build a lunar base. The first said it in 1989
and the second in 2004!
