Electrogravitics Revisited!

In order to advance technology, one doesn't require that an experiment
goes off on its own operating schema in order to solve "itself". The
experimental process is often slow and tedious, and rife with
conditional "error". However, smaller "experiments" within the
larger, de-facto model are acceptable. Repeated testing of a "proto-
type" with successful results should draw in "investors". It would
seem that with electrogravitics, there is an increasingly growing
threat to securing a market position with an "original" idea.
Perhaps a new Constitutional Convention is what the U.S. needs in
order to "push" the technology to the forefront.

Americans are presently experiencing, and have been for decades, the
"dumbing down" of energy policy because "world class" politicians
must spin their political webs in the context of international energy
diplomacy, rather than being regarded as "insolvent" to the rest of
humanity. Would it bother the world if believers in advanced pro-
pulsion technology also espoused "supernatural healing" based on an
advanced technology given to us by aliens that looked like us? - It's
just like most of the technology that we have today - we don't know
how it operates, but as long as it works, who cares? So in this
sense, we become as the "watchers" of the technology until the time
is right to "look up" how the technology actually works. After that,
we then have the responsibility as "caretakers" for the rest of the
"upwardly mobile" onlookers.

All of the answers to the current energy needs of the nation have al-
ready been provided for in years past. It is the increasing oppression
by the "manipulatorium of earth-based bureaucracies" that needs to be
dealt with in the here-and-now in order to break the stranglehold on
advancing technology.

The actual available supply of oil is not diminishing, as the energy
industry spin-meisters would have you believe, but is being restrained
from growing because of bureaucratization, over-legalised environ-
mentalism, and then manipulation on the part of the energy industries
in order to "maintain their profits". The rising costs all get passed
on to the consumer, which, presently, are the "uninformed". The
"independent" part of America (that wishes to remain independent) will
eventually divorce themselves from the "self-serving earth-based
technology" to a more robust form of high-speed transit, including
non-lethal nuclear pulse technology, properly dubbed "electrogravitic"
(Nikola Tesla, see info on the Pierce Arrow, Tesla's original idea
for a free energy automobile - This is a nuclear "bomb" to the current
energy bureaucracy - circa 1920!). For even a lesser, "helper techno-
logy", what ever happened to the Dean Drive, or for that matter,
the hundreds of patented technologies for a cheaper, maintenance-free
electro-kinetic "drives" and "generators" from decades past? Answer:
They were suppressed by the current energy bureaucracy because of
their threat to the "energy establishment".

I'm not saying that "oil powered" engines and the other 90% of the
economy can't adapt to the future energy needs of the nation. There
are multitudinous adaptive technologies "out there" (For about $2500
one can change to H2 engine power, while still using "gasoline" or
"hydrogen" as the preferred alternative). No, it's not the "gas
gouging" being passed on to the consumer - it's the bureaucratic
"con game" being played on us for the sake of "transnational energy
diplomacy". There are too many "onlookers" who wish to "define
capitalism down" rather than aspire to the higher calling of actually
involving themselves in the "proper caretaking" of this technology.
Yet the profit motive continues to tie itself to only the bottom line
of the company, so where is the incentive? How about a tax break for
auto manufacturers that provide research and development for advanced
propulsion technology? - Nope, already been tried. The principal,
"kingdom now" stockholders, along with all the country-club ***-
kissing and brown-nosing could never be compromised. Comfort zones
and continued profits were always God of the almighty dollar. The
conspiracy continued to balloon. The strain on American capital
representing the "free will" of "private industry" forced a
subterfuge by governments on "revolutionary technology". Revolution-
ary, because the "uninformed" refused to believe in something they
didn't completely understand.

One musn't forget all the former concrete/steel/oil and highway trans-
portation systems, former automotive adaptive technology proponents,
civilian and air defense ministries, railroaders, cops, and dog-
catchers too numerous to mention here.

I'm not being defeatist here. I'm just trying to show the reality of
what the addition of advanced technology requires. There would be
such a massive technological shift that would require a new Constit-
utional Convention taking place, without all the hyperbole of our
present day system of government. Some may wish to remain with the
old ways, because that is what they feel comfortable with. Others
may want to rush to the stars for their chance at finding another
G2V sun like our own, and begin to inhabit another corner of the
galaxy. A new Constitutional Convention would help to forge links
of communication between "governments", based on trade, and utilize
interstellar "protection" against the forces that might hinder the
economies of extraterrestrial colonies.

Let's go back to square one. In order for He-3 to be feasible, it
is my contention that first we must develop a more cheap and depend-
able earth-to-orbit technology that is capable of establishing LEO
bases for asteroid mining "merchant vessels" to be built. This
operation requires massive lifting capability provided by Orion
type technology. "Orion type" is no longer a "politically correct"
synonym for "environmentally unfriendly". The amount of radioactivity
contained in the nuclear pulse units that would pose a hazard is
far, far less than what it was back in the 1950's. Besides, NASA
is still launching probes with enough plutonium to raise the
environmentalist's eyebrow - When the lunar module was abandoned on
Apollo 13 during reentry, 8.3 pounds of plutonium were onboard. The
next mission for Challenger after 1986 was to carry the Ulysses space
probe - with 24.2 pounds of plutonium. In 1989, the Galileo probe
was launched with 49.25 pounds of plutonium on board. On the Ulysses
probe in 1990, there was 24.2 pounds of plutonium on board. The
Cassini space probe in 1997 had 72.3 pounds of plutonium on board.
The Cassini space probe had a "flyby" distance of 312 miles to earth.
Couldn't we say that 5 billion people were at risk?

In my opinion He-3 is an also-ran technology to Orion, because the
current price of funding the production, testing, and prototyping
of a fusion type spacecraft far, far exceeds that of minimizing the
nuclear radiation from a single bomblet using boron-lithium techno-
logy. Launching from a remote location like Elon Musk's Omelek Is-
land in the Kwajalein Atoll also helps to provide a "safe zone" a-
round the launch.

I believe that the people at NASA are more interested in protecting
what is tried, tested, and true to what is revolutionary, inexpensive,
and also tried, true, and tested, to a free-energy society - that
also ignores even the most sectarian proponents of market manipulation
in a "shuttle driven economy". I have a great deal more faith in
those ideas that are propogated by the individual, independent, and
intuitively applied leading-edge scientists who are not self-
aggrandizing in their attempts to portray the mysterious truths,
but press on in leading the application of those scientific truths for
the betterment of all of mankind, not just the few PACS who dictate
policy to the masses. PACS are too interested in the thrall of their
conned persona and demeanor resonating in their ignorant "groupthink".

Albert Einstein, T.T. Brown, Nikola Tesla, John von Neumann, and the
like were made icons by society, and yet their "hard science" is
"suppressed" to the point of diminishing returns, yet their "intellect-
ual capital" never seems to fade away. So why should man get all the
glory when he becomes an icon? Maybe icons are really living spirits
because they're mistaken by the public for so long as being "weird"
or "out of the ordinary" so that contemporary icons who reflect this
same spirit of discovery aren't a part of the establishment anymore.

The space shuttle main engine might be a workhorse to NASA proponents,
because it brings back the glory days of smoke and fire to the fore,
without which there would probably be no audience sitting in the stands

or camped out in the fields of JSC or KSC, yet these are only "window
dressing" the technology as acceptable, to which there needs a redress
of sorts. With regards to the SSME, temperature reduction of the com-
bustion gas is possible only with a higher percentage in the O/F ratio.

Since reduction in the temperature affects reusability, the Munich
Method, in contrast to the NASA-Lewis Code, offers a more reliable
method for determining reusability. According to R.J. Prozan, the
absolute temperature drop should lie in the range of 500-800 K, but
this requires a mean wall temperature of under 600 K, and the current
design allows for only 800 K!

If NASA were to try using an "adaptive" electrogravitic technology in
order to ionize the forward surface of the shuttle, we're talking about
a "supercharged" surface arcing while sitting on the launch pad! Proba-
bly more usable would be a system that utilizes atomic field decom-
pression, backed up by an LRC network for degaussing the resonance.
The size of the network would be inversely proportional to the desired
speed of decompression. The direction of decompression, rather than
using charged wires as electrical capacitor plates (similar to the
ones used by T. Townsend Brown in 1956), would be initiated by using
several ultra-high, femtosecond pulse probe beams set at the nuclear
magnetic resonant harmonic frequencies surrounding the leading and
trailing (dual axes) reinforced edges of the shuttle.

Such an idea is not so far-fetched, if the technology could be under-
stood in the context of imagining that there is no difference between
the gravitational field of an atom and the earth, as long as the atom
can be visualized as a "compressed" space-time in comparison to the
earth's "decompressed" spacetime. An average atom is about 200 mil-
lionths of a centimeter in diameter, and while the earth's distance
from the sun is about 100 times the diameter of the sun, the orbiting
electron in a hydrogen atom is about 100,000 times the diameter of the
nucleus! So we're just talking about decompressing trillions of these
atomic fields simultaneously through atomic resonance, while shielding
the rest of the shuttle by containment of the actual magneton
radiation.

Convincing the current PACS in Washington of the actual benefits
would have to mean disassociating the thrall of a "conned persona and
demeanor" mentality with the current administration; populism can no
longer win elections. Accomplishments on behalf of creating new econo-
mies can! What good is it to police the democracies of the world if
Americans cease to explore the universe? Even if populism wins elec-
tions, so would the upwardly (and outwardly) mobile win employment in
a quantum energized economy!

Spartan technology is no vehicle for an economic democracy.
Investment capital is.
