1) SR71 Blackbird - which doesn't fly as high or as fast as you
claimed, according to what I've heard;

2) X15 Rocketplane - which does fly that high and that fast. Only 199
flights were made over a 10 year period by a handful of military
pilots. Are you one of these?

3) Spaceship One - which does fly that high, but not that fast. Very
few flights but some commercial passengers have flown. Since you
mentioned military, then you aren't one of these.

4) Space Shuttle - which flies at mach 25 and is orbital. Over 100 STS
missions
have been made to date. Technology is unclassified.
