114 Shuttle launches have each done considerable throttling.

Programmed throttling for Max Q and g-reducton late in ascent, not
throttling due to unexpected conditions (not even on 51F, 51L or 93.)
Note that part of the rationale of the ASRM (cancelled in 1992) was to
_eliminate_ the need for deep SSME throttling during Stage 1 (because
NASA has always feared not being able to throttle them back up to
104.)
