The ISS centrifuge only had a radius of about 2 m, so at most it would
only
provide data on small mammals. It wouldn't provide much data on human
adaptation.
I once went through the thought experiment of trying to design the simplest
manned test possible from (or perhaps adjacent to) the ISS. The problems
are many, and one can't really come up with a simple experiment that's much
less than what would be required for a full-blown operational rotating space
station.
