Ah. CLV.

Not hardly. SRB's are difficult to recover and refurbish. It's been
speculated here that the costs of refurbishment don't save you much over
building brand new boosters every single time. At the lower SRB flight rate
likely with CLV/CaLV, I don't see how they're going to become any more
economic than they already are.
