Pluto is a Planet as it also moves arround Sun and has a Gravitational
Pull for objects sitting on it.
Actually, Pluto orbits the barycenter of the pluto-charon dual system and
this barycenter orbits the sun; Note that the barycenter in question is not
contained withint the volume of pluto; Therefore, it's not quite right to
consider pluto orbits the sun.
Any heavenly body which revolves arround a star and has significant
gravity can be considered as a Planet.
By this definition, pluto is definitely not a planet, though Ceres may well
be.
Astroids are so small that they do not have any gravity just like other
small objects on earth.
The only 'objects' so small they do not have gravity are photons and, maybe,
neutrinos. Anything with a defined mass has gravity.
