Add to the horrible cold perpetual obscurity,
no oxygen to breathe and you start (maybe) getting the size of the

Welcome to St. John's (OK, the O2 problem is mainly near the
smokers but the provincial anthem is mainly about the horrible weather).

Titan has the raw materials to make O2 from, as long as you
don't mind hauling U235 from Earth (Or alternatively, exploit the
local sources of energy that no doubt exist).

All supplies must be sent from earth in an 8 year trip.

Six for minimum energy, more if we want to use cunning tricks
to make up for crap rockets, less if we don't mind a little risk.

If we bring that down to 5 years, and we leave 2 years
of data gathering at Titan, we need for N people:

Why bring them back?
