Uh, he's AGREEING that

Yes, I've already been told that. The way I read it, it appeared
that he was saying that you couldn't efficiently get electricity out
of a microwave beam, because you can't light up an electric light-bulb
by sticking it in a microwave oven. Never mind that the output of the
oven is pulsed instead of continuous... never mind that conversion
will entail more than making a loop for current to flow... and never
mind that DC-to-DC conversion tests were done in the 70s, which
resulted in an 80% efficiency.
