Oh? And who's going to do that? Since you WANT to be able to steer
and split the beam electronically, why would you design and build your
system in such a way as to prevent that?
Steer and split, I'll grant you. But that doesn't mean that
there's a need to FOCUS the beam. For that matter, the projectors can
be built in groups - each transmitting 100MW or so.
Hogwash. Get back to me when someone has submitted designs for actual
construction.
Agreed. And when they DO - you come back to me with an EASY means
of weaponizing it. :-)
