...you mean except for both the War Department and Navy Department sending
unequivocal "war warning" messages to the commanders at Pearl before the
attack? Or the increased drilling and security precautions American forces
in teh Pacific (including Pearl) took after we learned that a Jap invasion
force was riding at anchor in Shanghai harbor?
