This has horrible implications for war fare though with small nuclear
weapons using small quanties of radioactive material easily available
to all nations and terrorist groups.
Unfortunately for terrorists, tiny hydrogen bombs detonated by lasers aren't much of a threat, as although the mininuke may only weigh a few ounces, there's going to be a huge multi-ton laser attached to it. :-)
