I think this would be a great market for suborbital space transports.

Water vapour from jet engine exhaust is apparently reducing temperatures by a few degrees right now, from data in the days following the attacks of September 11, 2001. If we built more jet aircraft, supersonic, that flew even higher, they could put the water at greater altitude and perhaps give the cooling effect for little incremental cost over what people already wanted in high speed transport. Optimizing engines to emit materials with the highest reflectivity for incoming sunlight with the minimum greenhouse effect is a further step.
