Usually it's stop everything and go over the data and tinker with the
hardware before another launch attempt is made.

Do you still think they'll recycle? Last I heard they were (if I
understood correctly) draining the propellant from the vehicle, and
the video feed just shut off.

Yes, an immediate recycle and launch attempt is now in the works.
We'll see what happens...
