You may know things - I have no way of checking up on that I have no
indepeendent verification. A scientist always requires independent
verifcation and looks at the track records of people making claims.
Quite frankly these rabge from bad to atrocious.
1) Iraq dossier
2) Terrorism in Cuba. The only terorists there are those supported by
the CIA.
3) All wars (which are now elective) seem to go pear shaped. A little
thought and the whole Iraq saga could have easily been avoided.
I simply don't believe you have the facts. If you had history would
have run a different course. I don't believe in political discussions
in scientific groups but if you persist I will delve into Latin
America. It seems to me that "Communismo" and "Terrorismo" are
synonomous. The only difference being the tense "Ser terrorismo" but
"Haber ser communismo". That is the way it declines. It is purely a
word of abuse and any information was, in both cases, manufactured by
the CIA and used to describe any régime which was opposed to American
interests.
Democracy was blocked until recently. Latin America was carved up by
the conquistadores into large estates or haciendas. On independence
from Spain, the Spanish link was broken but haciendas remained. I
think an opportunity was lost way back in the past then.
The Hacienda owners during the Cold War lobbied the CIA who looked
after their interests. Latin America desparately needed land reform
(it still does and democratically elected governments are at long last
tackling).
If you persist I will research out more details on Latin America about
how all the various coups were engineered.
