It was inevitable Jim. He was done as a strow. A reasonable guess is
that the USN is going to wait until the FL trial of Nowak has an
outcome and then if/when she is "put away" they are going to move on
her. It is fairly clear that Billy Boy was going to be a part of
that.

He has retained legal help both in and out of the Navy. His career is
over in the Navy. NCIS is busily dogging both of them. The only one
who is going to walk out of this OK is Shipman...she did nothing
wrong.

Nowak is the highest paid file clerk in Corpus.
