Ok, we've discovered another big gaping hole in El Chimpko's knowledge
base - world history.

Let's start going backward, shall we?

1) China
2) Hitler Germany
3) Allied intervention during the Revolution
4) Napoleon

Are you starting to catch on here?

Yes, but not us. I figured you'd leave us off the list (Cold War). I
asked seeking whether you would add the US to the list or not. Your
"we = good, they = bad" mentality is disingenuous, to say the least.
But that is a whole topic in and of itself. You clearly exhibit the
same behavior on a personal scale as well. Makes you sort of
"...there's no fool like and old fool..."

I point out (again, for the slow) that there is a HUGE difference
between putting nuclear tipped offensive weapons aimed at someone
right next door and putting defensive, non-nuclear missiles not aimed
at someone right next door.

So the Jupiter missiles in Turkey during the Cold War were what again?
Fred anyone that believes that "they" always are on the offensive and
"we" are always are on the defensive is slow. I know it is called the
Dept.of Defense but most of the time we are on the offensive, and over
there...

Is that comment supposed to make sense?

Yes, precisely. Do you think that Putin's strained relations with Bush
is simply a one-way street? If you do, then you really are dumb. I
actually give you more credit than that, so rather than call you a
liar, as you love to do to others, I'll simply say that you like being
"politically correct" rather than real about US foriegn policy. We are
not pure, Freddy.

:Clearly Putin is aware of Bush's loss of support and sees him as

:but for a different reason than you cite.

The preceding is the sort of conclusion one arrives at if one keeps
one's head firmly up one's ideological ass.

Look at Tom Toles' cartoon (Washingon Post) just today and tell me who
he agrees with.
