And he in fact is correct. Climate change will have good effects and
bad. It's a matter of opinion, and whose ax is gored (no pun
intended), as to whether the net effect is good or bad.

A warmer climate may indeed have benefits. A rapidly warming climate
won't.

In 300 years, Bangladesh may be happy to have moved to Greenland, but
they're not going to appreciate it over the next 100 years, and nor
will the Greenlanders.
