They do. They have for a long time. Atlas I, Atlas II, Atlas III, and
Atlas V all include/included a Centaur. I don't believe LM and its
corporate predecessors have ever commercially marketed an Atlas which
didn't. The non-Centaur Atlases are obscure historical curiosities now.
