While he might have some mental issues, or some of his thoughts are
weird, he didn't threaten other person, just because he/she was
talking with someone other.

If you have issues with him, learn programming, and create program
that would clean his posts from quotes.

I know programming, but that's not necessary. I simply have him in my
killfile, so I don't see anything he writes. Unfortunately, others
choose to quote him. I suppose that I could write some kind of
sophiticated code so that I only see their (idiotic) responses to him.
But it's a lot easier to just killfile responders as well, since for
the most part, they have little to say that I have an interest in
seeing.
