Mendel's genetics was for simple characteristics. If you take a
concept like intelligence, which you seem to lack, there are many gene
systems involved, that is perfectly true. All I wondered was whether
in view of your complete ignorance on energy and momentum you knew
anything about genetics and vaccines.

for rogue states it is certain to unleash an arms race. You know I
don't think a low cost launch facility is desirable at all. To protect
the assets we have in space launch costs must be kwept high.

Why do all the references talk about a Boeing 747 with a laser. This
is for ABM but ASAT isn't so very different.
