Back off just a bit, Rand. He's using 'fluid' as equivalent to
'liquid' (which is certainly a common language usage). How good are
YOUR specialized vocabularies in something other than English?

Hint: Einar, 'fluid' means something that 'flows' and will generally
take the shape of its container. This is true of both liquids and
gasses. Thus air (a gas) is a fluid under normal conditions.

Thinking back, I think my old grammar schoole textbooks didn´t define
fluid in this way.
