Oh, I think they could, if it were important...

How many zeroes does "if it were important" stand for? On a 5-10 year
schedule, too many for me to take seriously -- whether as government
crash-program funding, space-struck "angel" backers' money, or lines
of customers waving fistfuls of cash.
