German Rocket Launch

Earlier this year I heard how Germany will launch an unmanned rocket
next month in Sept. 07 which will process experiments while orbiting
the earth.

This will baseicly do the same thing the ISS is supposed to do - which
we have spent nearly a 100 billion dollars on & have taken nearly
twenty years of design & construction to accomplish with dismal
results.

I am posting this to try to find out more info about this project. I
have searched around & have not found any thing. So if any one can
direct me to any info I would appreciate it. If this flight is
successful I am sure there will be more to follow.
