Q: lunar He3

A: the #1 scientific rule states that all theories MUST be confirmed
by FACTS and REAL tests and measurements... until that REAL tests will
be accoplished (in the new moon missions from 2020) the lunar He3
still remanins just a THEORY
of course, the lunar regolith could have some "traces" of He3 and
other gases, but not "ONE MILLION" tons as claimed

Q: "They are scientists with years of experience studying planetary
compositions."

A: the moon is different... it's a big rock and they can't study it
like Venus or Mars, so, they can give any evidence of large amount of
He3 until it will be MEASURED

Q: "But we were discussing the feasibility of replacing all fossil
fuels with wind power."

A: you're missed the fact that wind turbines are easy to install,
already cost-competitive and its installed power is high and growing
fast... of course, there are other good renevable sources, but no one
of them have the growt of wind power

Q: "... it wouldn't need any lunar helium..."

you're right... I had another low cost fusion reactor in mind: the
Kulcinski's He3-based fusion reactor
