WRONG, PUBLISH ON THE WEB ACTUALLY IS COPYRIGHT OF TEXTS, IMAGES,
PROPOSALS, ETC. BUT IT'S NOT A PATENT
ALSO, IDEAS CAN'T BE PATENTED BUT THOSE WHO INVENTED FIRST THOUSANDS
THINGS ARE WELL KNOWN

Wrong on all points. Especially placing something on web is NOT a
copyright.

Umm, no, you're wrong. Anything put into a fixed medium (and the web
counts, as does Usenet btw) automatically is copyrighted.

Now, if one wants to claim damages and the like, that's another step.

Read up on Title 17 and several other sites if you're interested.

Not everything goes on the web. Many studies never are put on the web

Your website is only proof that you are wrong on everything. You are
a poor lost soul looking for attention that has no credible ideas
attributed to himself

Now that... you're completely right on.
