You talk like you're the only one who's ever done this. If big Usenet
posts to non-binary groups were a problem on your NNTP server, I'd
suggest you had SEVERE technical problems.

Do what most people do.

1) Get a newsreader that colour-codes things so the 'new' bits are
easy to pick out.

2) If there's too much 'quote' and not enough 'new', hit the 'N'
key...
