Yes, it's called having a T-1 line that is also used for other purposes.

Do what most people do.

1) Get a newsreader that colour-codes things so the 'new' bits are
easy to pick out.

That doesn't change the LENGTH of the post.


2) If there's too much 'quote' and not enough 'new', hit the 'N'
key...

Which is what I do with about 90% of your posts. I think I need to up that
to about 95%.
