It doesn't matter IF (not saying it did) Direct came out 4 months
later. They are both copies of early NASA designs. The difference
is Direct is a refined proposal with analysis done by many experts.
Cost data was developed and ground system impacts documented. Yours
is a bad photoshop pic with non viable trusses.
